About the Role
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering and site development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Canada
- P.Eng. Designation in Ontario is mandatory
- Provide technical leadership through planning, design, and construction delivery phases
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and technical requirements
- Strong expertise in pavement design
- Extensive understanding of CSA civil design codes, materials, construction methods, and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment
